1. Policy Scope & Acceptance
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the platform for any online course, digital training, or video-based educational content.
By completing a purchase and accessing the course, the user explicitly agrees to this Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. Acceptance is deemed effective upon payment confirmation.
2. Nature of the Service (Digital Content)
All courses are delivered as digital, on-demand video training with immediate access upon successful payment.
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, regional e-commerce practices, and global digital content standards:
Digital content that has been accessed, streamed, or consumed is generally non-refundable, except under clearly defined conditions outlined below.
3. Limited Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The user has accessed no more than 10% of total course content
- No certificate of completion has been issued
- No premium, gated, or downloadable materials have been accessed
- The account is in good standing and not flagged for abuse or misuse
Failure to meet any of these criteria automatically voids refund eligibility.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests submitted after the 7-day eligibility window
- Consumption of more than 10% of course content
- Course completion or certificate issuance
- User dissatisfaction not related to verified technical issues
- Personal reasons, lack of time, or change of mind
- Internet, device, or connectivity issues on the user’s side
- Promotional, discounted, bundled, or free-access offers
- Violation of platform Terms of Service
- Sharing, recording, redistribution, or misuse of content
5. Technical Exception Clause
If a platform-side technical failure (e.g., video playback errors, access denial) prevents the user from accessing the course:
- The issue must be reported within the refund window
- Our technical team must confirm the issue
- A full or partial refund may be granted at our sole discretion
Resolved or user-side technical issues do not qualify.
6. Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted through the official support channel and include:
- Registered email address
- Order ID / transaction reference
- Clear explanation of the issue
Incomplete or informal requests will not be processed.
7. Review, Approval & Processing
- Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days
- Approval decisions are final and non-appealable
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on banks or payment gateways
- Payment gateway, banking, or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable
8. Currency, Taxes & Fees
- Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency
- Any applicable VAT, local taxes, or non-recoverable fees are handled in accordance with Egyptian financial regulations
- Currency conversion differences are not the responsibility of the platform
9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
To maintain platform integrity at scale:
- Repeated refund requests may result in purchase restrictions
- Suspicious activity may trigger account suspension or termination
- Fraudulent behavior will be escalated to payment processors and, where applicable, legal authorities
10. LMS Enforcement
This policy is technically enforced through the LMS, including:
- Video progress tracking
- Certificate issuance controls
- Access logs and timestamps
- Automated eligibility validation
Manual overrides are rare and granted only by senior administration.
11. Language & Governing Law
- This policy is published in English
- An Arabic version may be provided for reference
- In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails
- This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt
12. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect legal, operational, or strategic changes. Updates take effect immediately upon publication.
